Air Energy: Air Energy is a German company that developed the AE-1 Silent, the first electric motor glider that was certified for production.
Alisport: Alisport is an Italian company producing electrical gliders from early years. Ther 3rd FAI-13.5 m Silent has become a trendsetter for the entire class. Alisport Swiss purchased the project in 2019. Considered discontinued since 2020
Albastar: Albastar is a Slovenian based company founded in 1993 making AS 13,5m and 15m gliders with FES option.
Allstar PZL Glider: Allstar PZL is a Polish company founded in 2002. The company’s origins lie with the Polish glider manufacturer SZD. We have redesigned the SZD-55-1 NEXUS glider by implementing our own front electric sustainer. This electric propulsion system, named Allstar e-motion, increases the pilot’s safety and allows for a totally relaxed flying experience.
AS Alexander Schleicher GmbH & Co.: AS is a Germany based producer of well-known AS glider family gliders with long tradition since 1927. They adopt electrical propulsion system to self-launching AS 34 Me single seater and ASG 32EL double seater gliders.
Avionic: Avionic is a Polish company founded in 1997 co-operating with German manufacturer GROB. Avionic launched Diana 2 high performance gliders with electric glider option using FES.
DG Flugzeugbau GmbH: DG is part of Volocopter GmbH group. The company is producing electrified versions of its single seater LS8e NEO and DG1001e double seater versions based on FES propulsion system.
HPH CZ: HPH is a Czech Company producing HPH gliders since 1997 base on Glasflügel 304. HPH 304 ES is an electric version of HPH 304CZ gliders that are highly praised in the gliding community.
LAK: LAK Lithuanian Aviation Plant was established in 1969. LAK-17 type glider was developed and modified, and about 200 units of 15m and 18m class gliders were manufactured and delivered to the customers all over the world. New modification LAK-17B/C further evolved into an electric glider version LAK-17C-FES.
Pipistrel: Pipistrel is a Slovenian company that has been a leader in electric aviation for many years. They offer a variety of electric aircraft, including the Taurus Electro, an all-electric two-seat self-launching glider.
Pure-Flight: Pure-Flight is a Czech company making electric version U15E ΦNIX of its popular two-side seater light “sport utility glider” aircraft U15 Phoenix.
Schempp-Hirth: Schempp-Hirth is the know legend in glider construction of famous types such as Cirrus, Nimbus, Janus, Ventus and Discus. The new designs include FES versions of Ventus 3 and Discus 2C.
